Check In and Check Out

Direct booking Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Direct booking Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late-check out is subject to bed/room availability and will cost ₱150 per hour/ room.

If you arrive earlier and prefer not to check-in yet, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your paid room is ready.

Maximum extension of late check-out is 2 hours. Should you want to extend longer than 4 hours, it will be considered as a one (1)-night stay. This is also subject to room availability.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of ₱1,000 maybe required upon check in and will be refunded after surrendering the key to the receptionist and the release of housekeeping clearance.

Housekeeping

For your privacy and continued relaxation, housekeeping requests are entertained from 8:00am-5:00pm only. If you wish to have your room cleaned, kindly hang the “Make Up My Room” Signage in the lever of your door.

Bringing in Food and Beverages

Bringing in of food and beverages is highly discouraged to help maintain pest-free rooms. But if you wish to do so, light snacks may be allowed. Corkage fee is ₱1.00 per ML for alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages brought in.

Cooking

The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. A minimum fee of ₱3,000 will be charged for cooking in a room, including, but not limited to coffee makers, hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, combustible, open flame, barbecue grill, burners, heating appliance, or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames or cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on hotel property.

Parking

Off street parking is available at the hotel premises. Parking is on a first come, first served basis.

WiFi

WiFi is available in communal areas with in the hotel. WiFi availability cannot be guaranteed.

Swimming

Pool Hours: 8:00AM to 9:00PM

Please notify reception if you would like to use the pool. The pool is not available 24/7 regular maintenance and cleaning of the pool is necessary for your safety. Moving beds, table/s and chair/s to other places are prohibited. Children under 17 years must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool at all times. Pool use is at Visitor/Guest’s own risk and Hotel does not accept any liability. The pool is available at management discretion.

Swimming Pool Rules

  • Shower before entering pool.
  • Proper swimwear required. T-shirts not allowed.
  • No lifeguard on duty.
  • No hotel towels to be used at the pool
  • No diving.
  • No pets in pool area.
  • No running or horseplay in pool area.
  • No glass containers.
  • No swimming during heavy rain or when thunder and lighting can be seen or heard.
  • Removing items in the pool area (pool area stones and pool light/s) is prohibited.

Smoking

Smoking inside the hotel building is prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. We all value being in clean surroundings and we expect that butts and other waste be thrown in the bins provided. A ₱1,000 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the room.

Guest Belongings

Visitors are requested to lock the door of their rooms securely when going out or when going to bed. The Hotel will not, in any way, whatsoever, be responsible for the loss or theft of visitors / guest’s goods or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of the hotel staff, agents or any cause whatsoever including the theft or pilferage. The Management is not responsible for your valuables within the hotel premises.

Damage to Mattresses and Beddings

Damage to mattresses and linen including towels, mattress, bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet fillers and duvet covers resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, henna tattoo, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

 

Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or visitors or for any person for whom they are responsible. The Hotel also reserves the right to call the Local Police Station in case of guests refusing to pay for the damage, including but not limited to, taking possession of guest belongings and detainment of guests until the matter reaches an amicable solution. Such guest will also be checked out, irrespective of the number of days of stay booked. The hotel also reserves the right to circulate the information of the incident, including names of guest, to the Hotel Associations. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest and send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Removal of Hotel Property

Removing items from rooms (or it’s designated area) or moving them to other places in the hotel is prohibited. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest and send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

Management Rights

The Management reserves to itself, the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the Management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room. The management also reserves the right to change any policies, rules and regulations from time to time. In case of any dispute, decision of the hotel will be considered as final and binding.

Right to Refuse Accommodation

Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:

  • the booking has been paid through fraudulent means
  • the booking has been altered by anyone other than Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe or Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe authorized agent or has been tampered with or the Booking Confirmation has been defaced (in which case Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
  • the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation
  • as permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions

Promotion Policy

If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through the hotel, please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel all promotions.

Payment Policy

Room rates shown on the Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe Website are charged on a per room per night basis. The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.

Credit Card Confirmation

If you book via the website, administration fees may apply to credit card payment.

Cookies

Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe uses cookies in our webpages to:

  1. Maintain your session and required details when you browse the Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe Website, during account registration and during the booking process (session cookie)
  2. Collect website usage data for statistical/analytics purposes (analytics cookie) direct you to the correct landing page based on your geo-location (geo-targeting cookie)

You may instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites that you visit. Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe Website will not function properly if cookie setting is disabled.

The Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe Website including the booking and other applications, text, graphics, designs, audio and video clips, hotel and destination information and all other content thereon are the property of Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe and/or its content suppliers.

You may use the Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe Website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial and private use subject always to applicable copyright laws.

All trademarks, trade names, service marks and all other marks, whether registered or unregistered, on the Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe Website are owned by or licensed to Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe and their respective owners and may not be used, reproduced or modified without the prior written approval of Farmhouse Hotel and Cafe. Save Mother Earth, please help conserve water and electricity.

PAYMENT

You may either (a) pre-pay for the entire stay in full by credit card at the time of booking; or (b) pay later upon your arrival.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY

(a) If you have pre-paid in full by credit card at the time of booking:

Your room will be guaranteed. Once you have booked a room and it has been confirmed by us, you cannot cancel your booking, i.e. no refund will be made. Cancellation of your reservation and/or failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your prepayment in full. Taxes and service charge will apply.

(b) If you choose to pay upon arrival:

Your room will not be guaranteed and will be held until 16:00 on the date of arrival. If you fail to check-in before 16:00, the room will be immediately released and made available to other customers. Once your room is released, space will be subject to availability as at the time of your check-in, and the rates offered will be the prevailing rates as at time of check-in.

If you are scheduled to arrive after 16:00, you may call the hotel reception to confirm your booking before the releasing time, i.e. before 16:00. You will be required to provide your credit card details and make prepayment in full. By this means, your room will be guaranteed. Thereafter, cancellation of your reservation or failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your prepayment in full. No refund will be made. Taxes and service charge will apply.

Changes

Once you have booked a room and it has been confirmed by us, no amendments or changes to booking details (e.g. name and number of guests, number of room, date of arrival and departure, etc.) can be made.
